Avianto now offers three
equally stunning venues to host the celebration of your vows, the Banqueting
Hall, Ballroom and Fireside Room. Each inspired by the warm familial
lifestyle and unpretentious design of the Mediterranean people.
Defined by its careful
attention to detail in architecture, interior design, landscaping, food
presentation and function co-ordination, Avianto will lend a stylish yet
relaxed and generous atmosphere to your exclusive wedding.
The bell resounds with
joy, the doors open. The rough hewn stone alter awaits ~ candles flickering.
 A
delicate hand touches at perfect layers of tulle as the wind gently lifts
the edge of her veil.
A hushed silence ~
wonderment. The ceremony begins. A magical dream, enhanced perfectly by
rural classicism that has never been captured in such a manner as the
Chapel, Banqueting Hall and Roman Bath.

ambience, this facility is dedicated to one wedding a day.
With the entire day
dedicated to you, the relaxed atmosphere and absolute focus during the
preparations is priceless, charging the air with the excitement of the
imminent event ~ your wedding! 
The masterful use of space
and light allows the Banqueting Hall to accommodate a maximum of 250-seated
guests, down to a minimum of 80 guests without losing any intimacy.
The venue is totally
climate controlled for your comfort throughout the year, with a roaring fire
on the hearth for a magical winters wedding.
A luxury room will be
included in the venue hire for you to spend your wedding night (subject to
availability).
The rustling blue gums
leave delicate traces of scent in the air. The only music is the orchestra
of birds and the roll of the river as it gathers momentum. The ensuing
African dusk accompanies the bride on the beginnings of her timeless journey
into a new life. Their union blessed by society, and the earth from which
they came.

From the moment you enter
the double doors, your imagination will soar as the eyes embrace the vaulted
ceilings, the sweeping double stairways and the light gently tip-toeing
across the dance floor.
This is Avianto’s newest
creation. The classic use of Italian pillars combined with exacting floor
plans allows for complete flexibility in accommodating your guests from 80
to 300 people including a dance floor, and a maximum of 350 with no dance
floor.
 In
the event of your wedding requiring additional seating, the Fireside Room
may be used accommodating an additional 140 guests. The magnificent covered
patio leads off from all sides and is for your exclusive use.
In addition to the perfect
symmetry of your surroundings,the Ballroom has been specifically designed to
enhance the passions of spirit ~ love, food, wine and music.
There are two options
available for your ceremony when booking the Ballroom.
The first is an authentic
stone amphitheatre on the banks of the Crocodile River ~ a gazebo providing
the perfect setting for the exchange of vows in a uniquely natural
experience.
The second is the Fireside
Room with a seating capacity of up to 240 guests, including an alter. A
roaring fire provides its own charm in the chilling winter months.
Guests exit directly onto
the patio for a soupcon of bubbly prior to entering the reception. In the
event of rain, the large entrance foyer and bar area provide a warming
welcome.
 
Imagine your lifetime ahead, filled with laughter, your favourite friends,
your new husband and family. Your canvas has been provided in the Fireside
Room. A perfect environment in which to create a world of candelabras,
flowers and mystery. Intimate and warm with a certain magical enchantment.
The Fireside Room is the
perfect setting for a smaller more intimate wedding, providing seating for a
minimum of 20 and recommended maximum of 100 guests. The Fireside Room is
only available from Monday to Thursday as well as Sunday. As with every
venue at Avianto it provides for an exclusive, exquisite wedding. However,
due the nature of this particular venue, exclusivity of the entire building
is not provided for.
 There
are various ceremonial options, each unique unto itself. The first charming
option, should the party be small enough, is to conduct the ceremony in one
of the two areas incorporated in the Fireside Room. An alter, candles and
flowers provide the delicate finishing touches to the entire picture.
The other option is to make
use of the magnificent stone amphitheatre embracing the African bushveld,
with nature as your witness.
 A
private patio overlooking the dam is provided for, allowing the guests to
relax with a quiet cocktail prior to entering the enchanting reception.
Another option for your
