WINTER 2007 WEDDING SPECIAL

Book your wedding now for a Friday or Sunday in June or July 2007, and receive 3 complimentary double luxury rooms to the value of R4 005-00  

VALUE ADDED PACKAGE FOR WINTER WEDDINGS:

-          Complimentary use of Avianto’s two Fireballs on the patio to keep the winter chill away.

-          One hour free overtime to extend your special day by another valuable hour.

-          Complimentary pre-reception drinks from the following selections: Port / Sherry and Non Alcoholic Punch, total of one glass per person.

-          Complimentary Soup of your choice from our Menu Selector to compliment your selected menu. (The soup will be added to your selected menu and not replace a selection)

Complimentary use of Avianto Chocolate Fountain, add the chocolate fountain to your dessert selection and only pay for the chocolate of your choice. Cost of chocolate available on request from   any of our Co-ordinators

Terms and conditions:

  • accommodation includes breakfast

  • check-in at 14h00, check out at 10h00

  • no extras are included

  • bookings depending on availability

  • these rooms can only be used on the night of the function

  • should there be no rooms or a limited amount of rooms available on the night of your function Avianto will issue you with vouchers valid for two months to use the rooms on another weekend night.  

  • vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable for cash

  • should you cancel or move your booking the specials offered as above will not be valid

  • added specials to your menu cannot exchanged for other dishes or cash

  • all other terms and conditions of our contract apply

  • winter special only applicable to bookings made from the 1st August 2006
